Colonial employs approximately 90 people at the Richmond-based facility.  Our employees are totally committed to meeting and exceeding our customer’s expectations and our presses run 24/6 (everyone needs at least one day off) to meet the fast-paced demands of today’s business environment.

Colonial Printing Pre-Press Department
We have the capabilities to typeset, scan halftones, duotones and 4/C separations, proof digitally, film output and plate making.  And, our extensive pre-press department uses MAC and PC systems, so that we can accommodate whatever method you like to send files.

Press Department
Our Pressroom has 2-, 4-, and 6-color Heidelberg presses ranging from a small 14 ” x 20 ” up to 28” x 40”.  What does that mean to you?  Whatever size job you need done, we’ve the means to do it.

Bindery Department
Colonial employs a full service Bindery Department, which allows us to fold, die cut, collate, saddle stitch, drill, and shrink-wrap your printed piece.
